At Logo Digitizing Pro, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both our clients and our business.
1. Refund Requests Before Delivery
We offer a full refund if the original design or service has not been delivered to the client. If you change your mind or wish to cancel your order, you can request a full refund within 3 days of placing the order, as long as the design or service has not yet been sent to you.
2. Refunds After Delivery
Once the digitized design or vector art has been delivered to you, we do not offer any refunds. However, we do provide unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. If you are not happy with any aspect of the design, we will work closely with you to make the necessary adjustments.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the initial order if the service has not yet been delivered.
- Refunds are not available once the final product has been provided, but revisions are offered as a way to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Custom designs that have already been completed and delivered are not eligible for refunds.
- Services where revisions have been completed are considered finalized and are not eligible for a refund.
