Refund Policy

At Logo Digitizing Pro, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our digital products and custom services. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products (Ready-to-Use Designs)
Due to the instantly downloadable nature of digital embroidery files, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable. Once a download link has been generated and/or the file has been downloaded, the transaction is considered complete because:
- Digital files are fully delivered at the point of download
- We cannot verify that downloaded files have been deleted from your devices
- The complete product is accessible immediately upon purchase
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We will review and may approve refund requests under these specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same design more than once (same account, same design ID). We will refund the duplicate transaction.
- Corrupt or Defective Files: The downloaded files are corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened in any of the stated compatible formats after reasonable troubleshooting
- Materially Different Product: The delivered design is substantially and materially different from the product description, preview images, and listed specifications (not minor variations in color rendering)
- Payment Error: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error
3. Custom Digitizing and Vector Art Services
For custom embroidery digitizing and vector art conversion orders:
- Before work begins: Full refund available upon request
- Work in progress: Partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work already completed
- Revisions: We offer unlimited free revisions. We strongly encourage using revisions before requesting a refund
- Unable to meet requirements: If after reasonable revisions we cannot achieve your specifications, a full refund will be provided
- After final approval: No refund is available once you have approved the final output
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email us at info@logodigitizingpro.com within 7 days of your purchase date
- Include: your order number, the specific design(s) or service, and a detailed explanation of the issue
- For defective files, attach screenshots showing the error or issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after downloading a digital product
- Incompatibility with your specific embroidery machine (check format compatibility before purchasing)
- Variations in embroidered output due to thread, fabric, tension, or machine-specific factors (we provide digital files, not embroidered products)
- Completed custom work that meets the agreed-upon specifications
- Orders where the customer failed to respond to communications within 30 days
- Wallet balance top-ups or internal credit purchases
6. Chargebacks
Filing a payment chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
