These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and Logo Digitizing Pro ("we," "us"), accessible at https://logodigitizingpro.com. By creating an account or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering an account, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. Services Description

Logo Digitizing Pro provides the following professional services:

• Custom Embroidery Digitizing: Manual conversion of artwork, logos, and designs into machine-ready embroidery files (DST, PES, JEF, EXP, and 15+ additional formats)
• Vector Art Conversion: Professional vectorization of raster images into scalable formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) for screen printing and signage
• Ready-to-Use Digital Designs: Pre-made embroidery design files available for instant purchase and download through our online store

3. Account Responsibilities

When creating and maintaining an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Notify us immediately at info@logodigitizingpro.com if you suspect unauthorized account access
• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or circumventing restrictions

4. Digital Product License

Each purchase of a ready-to-use design grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license subject to the following terms:

You MAY:

• Use the design for personal and commercial embroidery production on physical products (garments, hats, bags, patches, promotional items)
• Modify the design for your own embroidery use (resize, adjust colors, rotate, mirror)
• Use the design on unlimited physical items you produce or sell
• Purchase the same design multiple times (each purchase grants a separate license)

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the digital design files in any format
• Upload design files to any marketplace, file-sharing platform, or public repository
• Claim copyright ownership of the original design artwork
• Use designs for content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
• Use automated tools to mass-download or scrape design content from our website

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency configured on our platform (USD). Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, price changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment must be completed before digital files can be accessed.

6. Order Processing

• Digital Products: Download links are generated immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• Custom Orders: Work begins after order confirmation and artwork submission; delivery within the agreed timeframe
• Manual/Bank Transfer: Orders are processed after payment verification by our team (typically within 1-12 hours)

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on our website—including designs, graphics, text, logos, software code, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Logo Digitizing Pro and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage our services
• Submit fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or false payment information
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with our website without authorization
• Interfere with other users' ability to access or enjoy our services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Logo Digitizing Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) the quality of embroidered output from our files; (c) unauthorized access to your account; or (d) any third-party actions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logo Digitizing Pro, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use purchased designs remains valid per the original license terms, but access to your account and download links may be revoked. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Effective Date" reflects the latest revision.
