Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of digital products purchased from Logo Digitizing Pro and the use of our website. By purchasing any product or using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted Uses of Purchased Designs
When you purchase a digital embroidery design from Logo Digitizing Pro, you are granted a license to:
- Use the design for personal embroidery projects on your own machine(s)
- Use the design for commercial embroidery production (e.g., producing garments, hats, bags, patches, and promotional items for sale)
- Modify the design for your own embroidery production (resize, change thread colors, rotate, mirror, adjust density)
- Use the design across multiple embroidery machines that you own, operate, or directly control
- Use the design on an unlimited number of physical products you produce
2. Prohibited Uses of Purchased Designs
You may NOT under any circumstances:
- Redistribute: Share, distribute, email, or transfer the digital design files to any third party, whether free or for payment
- Resell: Sell, license, or sublicense the digital files themselves on any marketplace, platform, or website
- Publicly Host: Upload design files to any file-sharing service, cloud storage with public links, P2P network, or online repository
- Claim Ownership: Assert or imply that you are the original creator or copyright holder of the design
- Create Derivative Digital Products: Use our files as a base to create new digital products for resale in embroidery format
- Use in Harmful Content: Incorporate designs into products or materials that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory
3. Website Usage Rules
When accessing our website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system, database, or administrative interfaces
- Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data mining tools to extract content, pricing, or design data
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, spyware, or any code designed to disrupt our services
- Overload our servers with excessive requests (DoS/DDoS) or exploit rate limits
- Create fake accounts or use multiple accounts to abuse promotions, free trials, or purchasing limits
- Impersonate another user, employee of Logo Digitizing Pro, or any other individual
- Submit fraudulent payment information, initiate unauthorized chargebacks, or engage in payment fraud
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security measures, access controls, or content protection systems
4. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a written warning
- Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access pending investigation
- Account Termination: Permanent closure of your account and revocation of all licenses
- Legal Action: Pursuit of civil damages, injunctive relief, and/or criminal prosecution under applicable law
- Reporting: Referral to relevant law enforcement authorities (FIA Cybercrime Wing in Pakistan, or appropriate international authorities)
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP—including unauthorized redistribution of our designs—please report it to info@logodigitizingpro.com with as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports promptly.
