1. Digital Delivery Method
All purchases are delivered through our secure digital download system:
- Ready-to-Use Designs: Instantly available for download after successful payment verification
- Custom Digitizing Orders: Delivered via secure download links through your account dashboard upon completion
- Download Access: Available through your "My Purchases" dashboard at any time after purchase
2. Delivery Timeframes
Digital Products (Store Designs)
- Payment via Wallet/Card: Instant download access (within seconds of payment confirmation)
- Payment via Bank Transfer: Download access activated within 1-12 hours after payment verification by our team
- Download links remain accessible from your account dashboard indefinitely
- Email confirmation with order details is sent immediately upon purchase
Custom Digitizing Services
- Standard Delivery: 12-24 hours from order confirmation and artwork receipt
- Rush Delivery: 1-4 hours (availability depends on current workload and design complexity)
- Complex/Large Orders: Timeframe discussed and agreed upon before order acceptance
- Delivery timer begins only after all required artwork and specifications are received

4. Troubleshooting Download Issues
If you experience problems downloading your purchased files:

- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
- If using mobile, try downloading from a desktop/laptop computer

5. No Physical Shipping
Logo Digitizing Pro does not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical products. All deliverables are 100% digital. There are no shipping costs, customs duties, or delivery logistics involved in any transaction.
