DMCA / Copyright Policy

Logo Digitizing Pro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Pakistani intellectual property laws.
1. Copyright Ownership
All original embroidery designs, artwork, graphics, website content, and software created by Logo Digitizing Pro are our exclusive intellectual property, protected under the Copyright Ordinance 1962 (Pakistan), DMCA (US), and international copyright treaties. These works may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our written permission.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on our website infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA takedown notice containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the specific copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification and URL of the material on our website that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

4. Our Response Procedure
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
- Promptly investigate the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim is substantiated
- Notify the party responsible for the content of the takedown action
- Preserve records of all notices for a minimum of 3 years
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its former location on our website
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant initiates legal action.
6. Repeat Infringers
Logo Digitizing Pro maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement. Users who are the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices will have their accounts permanently terminated.
7. Good Faith
Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Misrepresentation of infringing material can subject the complainant to damages, including costs and attorney fees. We encourage all parties to seek legal counsel before submitting notices.
